Inspired by artist Alexander Calder, and the movement of sunlight, these mobiles are the perfect home addition. These mobiles have an element of earth- a found driftwood or cactus stick, wind and air, and a crystal sun catcher to project sun beams through out a room.

River Takada is a Japanese American mixed media artist, based in Durham, NC.
River’s work is known for embracing the spirit of re-use; using high quality remnant materials left behind by local textile factories. In small batches, Rivtak products are designed with little to zero waste. Each piece is carefully crafted around a purpose... adornment and awareness. The artist is always experimenting with new materials and offers a variety of creative workshops, sharing her Japanese and American textile heritage.
